We deliver only by mail order. Unfortunately, a pickup of the goods by yourself is not possible.

After completion of your order & payment you will receive a tracking number by email, if you do not receive it, you should check your spam folder again.

We are not responsible for the delivery times of DHL.

Delivery times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply takes place within 1 - 3 days (Mo - Fr), with foreign supplies within 5- 15 days after conclusion of a contract.

Note that on Sundays and holidays no supply takes place.

The period for the supply begins with payment by Vorkasse on the day after granting of the payment order to the transferring credit institute and/or with other modes of payment on the day after conclusion of a contract to run and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
